Our approach is an asset-based, trauma-informed, universally designed, and culturally sustaining model of education. This includes professional learning on how to diagnose and identify specific learning needs of individual students as well as groups of students, how to design instruction to address identified student need(s), and how to effectively deliver instruction to maximize student access, engagement, and achievement.
Our goal is to provide educators the tools they need to ensure that all students have equal opportunities to access and engage with rigorous academic curriculum.
