Dr. Matt Bergman is a self-described "UDL evangelist" with a professional journey spans that across K-12 and higher education. Matt has excelled in roles as a middle and high school teacher, K-12 digital learning coach, adjunct professor, instructional designer, consultant, and professional development leader. His expertise has earned him recognition, including the 2015 PAECT Teacher of the Year and serving as a faculty member at Harvard University's UDL Institute. In addition, Dr. Bergman was awarded a 2024 Elizabethtown College Design Studio Fellowship, where he is studying how to apply the concepts of UDL and artificial intelligence to enhance student learning.
Dr. Bergman currently serves as the Assessment and Curriculum Coordinator for the School of Graduate and Professional Studies at Elizabethtown College and as Principal Education Consultant at Novak Education.
